There’s an old adage: “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”
So, we ask ourselves why has Strada started tinkering with its set menu. We used to go to Strada regularly and I have enjoyed probably 100 bowls of their Seafood Linguine.
After a recent visit to their Cardiff Bay restaurant, we were disappointed to find that the menu had changed – and not for the better. “We really welcome your feedback!” staff told us.
Too late. Why not canvass customers prior to a change? If customers like something, they’ll tell you. If they don’t, they’ll tell you that too. Then change the things they don’t like, not the things they really do.
It’s a great shame because we really liked Strada in cardiff Bay but, because of the changes, we won’t be returning anytime soon.
